Checkoff Sheet

This is the check-off sheet I will be using for each of you. These are to be completed in the order they are listed. When you send in a work, I will check off that work on this sheet…when the work is satisfactory, I will check off all the spaces next to that work, and you will move to the next assignment. If I don’t have it checked off on my list, it does not count for credit. Since your grade is predicated largely on the number of satisfactorily completed assignments, it is incumbent upon you to be sure I see your work and sign off on it. DOING YOUR WORK AT HOME OR IN CLASS AND NOT SHOWING IT TO ME WILL NOT RESULT IN A PASSING GRADE. You may want a copy of this sheet for yourself to keep track of your progress…but for grading purposes, MY SHEET COUNTS, NOT YOURS.
